These terms apply to https://verlo.blastview.io and to text messages sent by Sleep Well Boise LLC, doing business as Verlo Mattress of Boise ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or joining our text message program you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms

1. Program. Verlo Mattress of Boise text messages. We send two kinds, each with its own opt-in: (a) appointment and service messages, such as comfort fitting confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions; and (b) marketing and promotional messages, such as in-store offers and events.
2. How you opt in. By checking the matching, unchecked-by-default box on our website form or on our Facebook or Instagram lead form and submitting your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and our promotions.
4. Message & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
