This Privacy Policy explains how Sleep Well Boise LLC, doing business as Verlo Mattress of Boise ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://verlo.blastview.io, submit one of our forms (including our Facebook and Instagram lead forms), visit our store, or receive text messages from us. Verlo Mattress of Boise is an independently owned and operated Verlo Mattress franchise. The Verlo Mattress corporate website at verlo.com is covered by its own policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the reason you are contacting us, and your text message preferences.
• Appointment and purchase details: fitting appointments you book and products you buy in store.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule and confirm comfort fittings.
• To send appointment reminders and service messages you have agreed to receive.
• To send promotional offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you check a text message consent box, we use your phone number to send the type of messages you selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your phone number or SMS consent.
